We only collect information you give us directly. We do not buy lead lists and we do not scrape data.
We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or financial account information through this website.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it, and we do not share it with other contractors for their own marketing.
When you give us your phone number through this website or by contacting us, you agree that Ori Energy may call and text you at that number about your request — including appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about the work you asked about. Some of these messages are sent automatically.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop by calling 863-292-6361 or emailing hello@orienergy-services.com.
Calls to and from our business line may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded or transcribed for scheduling, quality and record-keeping. Florida law requires the consent of all parties to record a phone call. If a call is being recorded, you will be told at the start of the call, and you may ask that recording be stopped or decline to continue.
We share your information only with the service providers who make our scheduling and communication work, and only so they can perform that function for us:

We run ads on third-party platforms. When you arrive from an ad, we record which campaign sent you so we can measure what works. We may use advertising measurement tools that tell the platform an appointment was booked. These tools do not receive your name, address, or the details of your property.
We use Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Through Clarity, we and Microsoft collect usage data — scrolling, clicks and taps, heatmaps and session replays — so we can see where our pages are confusing or slow. Clarity masks what you type into form fields, and our instant estimate tool, which runs in its own window on the page, is not recorded. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies. Microsoft handles this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.
If you become a customer, we keep job records as long as we need them for warranty, permitting, insurance and tax purposes — generally at least five years. If you request a quote and do not proceed, we keep your inquiry for up to three years so we can pick up where we left off if you come back. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
