These terms govern your use of orienergy-services.com, operated by Ori Energy LLC, 820 Creative Dr Ste 10, Lakeland, FL 33813. By using this site or booking an appointment through it, you agree to them.
This website lets you learn about our services and book an appointment. It is not a contract for work. No work is authorized and no price is fixed until you and Ori Energy sign a written agreement for a specific job.
We run two different kinds of visits, and they are priced differently. Which one applies depends on what you need, not on how the appointment was booked.
There is no charge to come out and quote work you have not bought yet. That includes a roof replacement with solar detach and reset, a roof replacement on its own, a battery added to an existing system, or a new solar system. We are bidding for the job, so the visit is on us.
If you have a system that is already installed and something is wrong with it — production is down, the inverter is throwing an error, the system is offline — that visit is $200.
The $200 covers the trip out and a full diagnosis of the problem. If the fix is simple or software-related, we handle it on that visit at no additional charge. If the problem needs a larger repair such as an inverter replacement or a manufacturer warranty claim, we will explain what is needed and quote that work for free. The $200 is not refundable if you decide not to move forward with the repair, and it is not credited toward unrelated work.
If you are unsure which applies to your situation, call us at 863-292-6361 and we will tell you before we schedule anything.
Ori Energy LLC holds Florida Electrical Contractor License EC13014697. Roofing work is performed by a licensed Florida roofing contractor. Permits, where required, are pulled by the appropriately licensed contractor performing that scope of work.
Any figure given before an on-site inspection is a rough range, not a quote. Written proposals are valid for the period stated on them and are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection. Conditions that are not visible until work begins — rotted decking, undersized or unsafe wiring, prior installation defects, code requirements triggered by the work — may change scope and price. We will tell you before doing anything that changes what you agreed to pay.
Warranty terms are set out in the written agreement for your specific job, not on this website. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which is the manufacturer's obligation and not ours. Workmanship warranties are provided separately by the contractor who performed that scope of work. Nothing on this site creates a warranty, and roofing and solar work are covered separately rather than under a single combined warranty.
We keep this site accurate, but specifications, availability and pricing can change, and we do not guarantee the site is error-free or continuously available. Text, images and the Ori Energy name and logo belong to Ori Energy LLC and may not be reused without permission.
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, Ori Energy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our liability for the work we actually perform under a signed agreement, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Polk County, Florida.
